Take Interstate 95 North to Exit 27 to take FL-842/Broward Boulevard Exit. Take the Broward Boulevard East ramp. Merge onto East Broward Boulevard. Turn right onto US1/Federal Highway. Stay in furthest right hand lane on US1/Federal Highway. Turn right on East Las Olas Boulevard. 401 East Las Olas Boulevard is on the right hand side.
From East
Take Broward Boulevard to US1/Federal Highway. Turn left onto US1/Federal Highway. Take the furthest right hand lane. Stay right to turn right on East Las Olas Boulevard. 401 East Las Olas Boulevard is on the right hand side.
From North

Take Interstate 75 South and take Exit 19 (Interstate 595 East/SR 869) towards Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Merge onto I-595 East towards Interstate 95 North. Proceed North on I-95 to Exit 27 to take FL-842/Broward Boulevard Exit. Take the Broward Boulevard East ramp. Merge onto East Broward Boulevard. Turn right onto US1/Federal Highway. Stay in furthest right hand lane on US1/Federal Highway. Turn right on East Las Olas Boulevard. 401 East Las Olas Boulevard is on the right hand side.
